Directions

  1. Use every morning after showering and drying off completely

  2. To apply, gently rotate the nozzle clockwise or counter-clockwise, to point sideways or even straight up. Firmly pump the button with your thumb, making sure to press all the way down each time

  3. Start in the front groin area, work downwards to your inner thighs, and to the rear buttocks. Make sure to completely cover these areas and use a dry hand to spread evenly (normally around 10-20 pumps)
